The Aida String Ensemble
On behalf of the members of the Aida String Ensemble (A.S.E.), I would like to extend my appreciation for your interest in having us perform at your upcoming event. It is imperative when choosing an ensemble with acoustical instrumentation that the size of your audience and the venue corresponds with the number of musicians you hire. Please take into consideration background noise, (people talking and laughing) the acoustics of the venue where we would be performing, and where we are positioned in relation to your guests.

The members of the Aida String Ensemble are courteous, experienced and professional musicians from Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Maryland. The members are instructed to arrive at all performances 15 to 30 minutes prior to the time they are to perform. A mandatory 15 to 20 minute break is allocated at the end of every hour to prevent any physical problems and ensure the best performance quality for our clients. For the above reasons, it should be noted that the Aida String Ensemble musicians are encouraged to decline engagements over a three-hour duration. Certain exceptions are available for an additional charge and extended breaks per hour. All fees, if applicable, including travel expense and hotel accommodations, performance times, and location information are contractual. A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required upon the signing of the contract. A.S.E requires payments to be in the form of cash, money order or cashier’s check. If the engagement is outside of the D.C./Baltimore area, travel expense is charged. If the engagement is outside of that area, it is recommended that the client provide hotel room accommodations for all the members of the ensemble hired to do the job. Hotel accommodations are at the client’s expense and are not part of the fee charged for the services rendered.
